Harry Doleyres has always been involved from a very young age in activities and projects which most often put him at the front or the heart of the stage, which allowed him to develop an easy human approach and allowed him to take advantage of what interaction between different people from different backgrounds can bring as knowledge and experience.
A graduate in computer science specializing in networks and telecommunications, Harry a few years later decided to return to studies responding to the calls of his passion by obtaining two degrees in cooking and cooking of the market.
From there, he continued to juggle his passion for cooking and agro-food by combining technology and community services to the great satisfaction of his customers and various collaborators over the years.
